A good rule of thumb for quantity is 1/4 pound per person on meat and sides. Often, with the barbequed meats and the cheesy potatoes, people will take 1/3 of a pound.
All meats, salads, and hot sides are made fresh at our store.
Due to our increased energy costs, if items are to be picked-up hot there will be an added $0.75/lb.
